Since October 2007, our headquarters in Fürth as well as our branch at the NürnbergMesse have been certified to label selected dishes and menus with the licensed Eco-Label according to the terms of the EU Organic Farming Regulation.

Since 2003 our quality management system has met the conditions according to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 for “Culinary service, production and preparation of dishes”. In addition, we achieved the certification for our branch at the NürnbergMesse in 2006.

As ISO-certified company we grant a structured workflow with stringent conditions which include the commitment to ensure the traceability of all our dishes and ingredients as to product safety guidelines.

Catering plays a decisive role in events, particularly in marketing events since everyone can contribute to a conversation on food and drink. And although people do not primarily attend events because of the proffered food: warm wine and cold dishes provide conversational topics on their own volition – even though of a rather undesirable kind.

We convinced the Leading Event Caterer Association (LECA) of our exclusive service and high qualities - and accepted us as a member in their fold.

Thanks to our efficient planning software we can conceive of any location, depending on appointments and the number of participants – excluding calculation errors and planning failures from the outset. Additionally, a computer simulation aligns all decoration, seating, and food disposals according to the premises -  exact to the centimeter.

We provide flexible and powerful logistics: We deliver all food in refrigerated trucks, hence we guarantee all dishes are fresh when arriving at the location. Moreover, permanent surveillance ensures a high standard of food safety towards our customers.

Our headquarters is equipped with a wide range of components such as tableware, cutlery, technical devices, furniture, and decoration articles. If required, we can upgrade our supplies to any size needed for your event due to a cooperative network of several non-food caterers we can resort to.

On-site, we provide you with an experienced team of service staff and project leaders who will make sure your event will run smoothly and your guests will be taken care of in every way.
